Research Analyst
SUMMARY
Blackrock Strategy is looking for reliable Research Analysts who will interact with the company’s leadership and clients by staffing a 24/7 Crisis Support Call Center. Research Analysts will receive specialized training and then be responsible for researching and monitoring world events on a real-time basis in order to monitor client interests globally and assess threats and vulnerabilities.
Duties Include:

Monitors multiple data inputs and real-time communications in order to assess threats and vulnerabilities to clients and their world-wide travels and office locations.

Maintains summary log of global events to transfer knowledge to the next research analyst on shift.

Maintains knowledge of existing and developing world events related to the client needs; assesses and explains how new inquires may affect the organization in terms of risk exposure.

Ensures and/or facilitates adequate communication concerning key risks.

Maintains client accounts and records of client interactions with details of inquiries, or comments.

Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve clients’ concerns.

Interacts with clients via telephone, email, online chat, video conference, or in person to provide support and information.
